Each buddy has up to 3 service types which are Repair, Buyback and Product Sales. Each service type slot can be applied to any Buddy. Each service type can be customised to your business needs.
Each time your Buddy sends a message it is counted as a chat. These messages are added up over the month and your status can be found in your Profile>Subscriptions page. Additional chats can be purchased as an add-on.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you approach your limit, we'll notify you so you can purchase additional chats. You can also upgrade to a higher tier or add extra chats as needed. Your buddy will stop responding if you exceed your limit.
The web embed customisation feature allows you to remove or white label the web embed. This is useful if you want to use the web embed on your own website and don't want it to show the mendbuddy branding.
