Welcome to mendbuddy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our chatbot services, website, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
mendbuddy is a trading name of Mendmyi Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006. Our company registration number is 07705267 and our registered office is located at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
1. Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of Services
You may use our Services for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may store user-generated content and conversation history for the purposes of service improvement, analytics, and customer support. By using the Services, you consent to such storage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
We offer a free tier as well as paid subscription tiers with additional features and add-ons. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed at the time of subscription. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by mendbuddy or our licensors. Your use of the Services grants you no ownership rights in our intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mendbuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via our Services or other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
